COMMENTARY:
This is a Medium pulse boat ebon jaguar. This mech should fire its 8 medium pulse lasers in two groups, the arms and the torso. You can alpha comfortably twice if needed and adsorb the ghost heat penalty quite efficiently. The new medium pulse changes have made this mech quite effective.
